About The Role

Join Tylko, Where Design Meets Technology

Founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2015, Tylko is redefining how we design, shop for, and experience furniture. Frustrated by mass-produced, one-size-fits-all solutions, the team created something smarter: bespoke storage that balances cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production.

With millimetre-perfect precision, every piece is made-to-order and crafted locally , minimising waste and maximising longevity. The result? A new standard in furniture – one that fits your space, your style, and your life.

Why It Matters

We’re not just building furniture. We’re changing how people think about living with it. By merging technology and design, we help people create spaces that truly reflect who they are. If you believe that good design can make everyday life better, you’ll feel right at home here.

How We Work

We believe in small teams, big ideas, and simple processes. No endless paperwork, no silos. Just open communication, shared goals, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We start small, think big, and move fast, because progress always beats perfection .

At Tylko, collaboration and trust aren’t buzzwords - they’re how we work. From day one, you’re part of a team that makes real decisions and brings them to life together. You’ll have the freedom to share ideas, turn them into action, and shape the space around you literally. Here, learning isn’t a bonus. It’s part of the job.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive person with a can-do attitude to join our Operations Team and help us coordinate external production partners, solve everyday challenges, and keep operations running without friction.

Core tasks

  • Proactively plan production to prevent disruptions, mitigate risks, and strengthen partnerships with our manufacturing partners
  • Coordinate daily with external production partners to resolve issues before they escalate
  • Ensure seamless information flow between internal teams and factories

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in solving problems , taking ownership, and making things happen.

Previous experience in production is not essential, but helpful or preferred - we'll teach you the rest.

You play a key role between our company and external suppliers. That means clear communication, the ability to track progress and keep things on schedule, and a can-do attitude are key.

About the Team

The Operations Department owns the end-to-end production journey - from planning, through manufacturing, to final delivery. It spans four areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.

Once you join our team, you will be responsible for

External partner collaboration

  • Daily factory communication and status auditing with assigned production partners
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify root causes and propose clear, actionable solutions
  • Building solid working relationships with suppliers

Production planning & follow-up

  • Track order status and timelines, proactively surfacing risks to on-time delivery
  • Analyze production data to spot bottlenecks and keep plans aligned with expectations
  • Support production planning to prevent disruptions and mitigate risks
  • Support continuous improvements in how we work with factories

Project & process support

  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in how orders are placed and information flows between us and our factories
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives from concept to rollout - piloting new tools and processes such as order-tracking templates or factory onboarding frameworks

Data & reporting

  • Daily reporting on production status across assigned partners
  • Periodic review and analysis of delays, risks, and emerging trends, with suggested improvements

Internal collaboration

  • Strengthening workflows and collaboration between Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams
  • Driving consensus on priorities and resolving conflicting timelines across teams

A Day in the Life

Your day starts with a diagnostic scan of your factory network - spotting which orders are at risk before they become visible problems elsewhere in the business. You spend your time actively managing relationships with production partners: pushing for firm commitments, negotiating solutions when capacity or timelines slip, and making the call on which issues need immediate escalation versus which can be resolved instantly. You bring data-backed recommendations to a daily sync with Quality and Customer Service, shaping how the business responds to emerging risks. Periodically, you're on the ground at a factory - auditing a process, resolving a bottleneck face-to-face, or onboarding a new partner into how we work.

Why Tylko?

Being a part of the Tylko team goes beyond clocking in every day. We celebrate inclusivity and work together to build a culture of happy, healthy employees who are truly heard. We provide:

  • One bonus day off every month (in addition to regular days off)
