The Role

You are the first impression of Smokin Gun—setting the mood, managing the flow, and ensuring every guest feels special from the moment they arrive.

• Welcome and greet guests with confidence and warmth
• Manage reservations, seating, and waiting lists efficiently
• Ensure smooth guest flow and coordination with service team
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and poise
• Maintain a polished and inviting reception area
• Create a lasting first impression with every interaction

• Fluent in Russian & English
• Elegant, confident, and guest-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and calm under pressure
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
