Product Manager(Fiat)

• Job Opening: Fiat On/Off-Ramp Product Manager (C-End Experience & Channels)
• We are looking for a Product Manager with sharp consumer insights and a strong grasp of payment fundamentals to build industry-leading Web3 fiat on/off-ramp products.

Key Responsibilities

• End-toEnd Experience Design : Own the full user journey for fiat deposits/withdrawals, including account setup, multi-payment methods across regions, payment status tracking, and automated recovery for exceptions.
• Payment Channel Management : Partner with global providers (e.g., Thunes, Worldpay, BankingCircle) and local payment methods (LPMs). Understand channel capabilities, fee structures, and design user-centric routing strategies.
• Conversion Optimization : Build monitoring systems for the payment funnel, identify drop-off points, and optimize key steps to maximize conversion.
• Funds Flow & Compliance : Design robust reconciliation, settlement, and FX lock mechanisms to ensure fund safety and compliance across fiat and crypto flows.
• Web3 Integration : Collaborate with engineering to optimize on-chain settlement, seamlessly connecting fiat payments with wallet interactions for an “instant buy crypto” experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of internet product experience, with at least 2+ years in wallets, account systems, or payments.
• Strong consumer sense: proven ability to design high-quality prototypes and improve payment success rates.
• Solid understanding of payment fundamentals (channels, accounts, clearing & settlement), with rigorous thinking on edge cases.
• Familiarity with Web3 industry, wallets, stablecoins, and fiat on-ramp compliance (KYC/AML).

Nice-to-Haves

• Cross-border payment project experience, especially in Southeast Asia, LATAM, or Europe.
• English proficiency for direct communication with global partners.
