About The Role

The ideal candidate will have consumer and commercial lending experience including short and long-term loan structures, mortgages, and security agreements. Must have knowledge of compliance regulations. This position reviews borrower legal documents, prepares consumer and commercial loan packages, assists with closing, post-closing, and internal data management. The position has daily contact with internal customers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of experience in loan processing required or equivalent combination of

education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job

Consumer compliance (TRID, ) experience
MS Office skills required.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Team player, flexibility, and detail oriented
High degree of accuracy within short time constraints
S. Diploma required.
