Our agents do real work on real cases, so they have to be reliable in production. We're a small team and everyone works like an owner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience building software and AI applications.
• Hands on with Python.
• Must have built AI Agents either for personal or company projects.
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications.
• Proven track record of shipping products that users actively use.
• Startup, hackathon, or open-source experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with AI tools in day-to-day development and capable of validating and improving their output.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful mindset.
• Ability to think beyond implementation and contribute to product and system design.
• Passion for building reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build long-running AI agents that maintain state and move legal cases forward over hours and days.
• Develop and improve evaluation and regression infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable agent updates.
• Own an end-to-end product area from design to production deployment and continuous improvement.
• Design AI systems that are reliable and production-ready.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve agent performance in production.
• Collaborate closely with the team to build scalable AI solutions for legal workflows.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to product improvements.
