This residency provides hands-on experience in worship ministry, intentional leadership development, and one-on-one coaching. Schedule is flexible, between part time to full time hours. Residents will gain practical ministry experience while serving alongside an experienced staff, developing both their musical leadership and pastoral skills in a collaborative church environment.
