You’re ready to really get the hang of recruitment, with the prospect of a career path leading to a broader HR role covering areas such as talent development and HR business partnering.

Your responsibilities

• You’ll guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer, ensuring they feel welcome from the very first interaction.
• You will actively seek out (primarily technical) talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and campus events.
• You’ll conduct smooth telephone screenings and initial interviews, thereby shaping the first impression of our company. You’ll look not only at skills, but also at drive and cultural fit, ensuring a long-term match.
• You’ll work closely as a sparring partner with hiring managers, contributing ideas and advising them on the right approach.
• You’ll build talent pools so that we’re ready for future growth.
• You will strengthen our employer branding and contribute to campus recruitment and initiatives that promote our story.
• You will take the initiative in HR projects and contribute ideas on how we can make our processes more efficient.
• You will report to the HR manager.
