About The Role

Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a skilled Division Order Analyst for a specialized, project-based role supporting one of our valued clients in Houston, Texas. This position will focus on compiling, organizing, and validating lease, ownership, and deck data to ensure accuracy and consistency across records.

The ideal candidate will bring a high level of technical expertise in title and division order analysis, with experience calculating ownership interests, verifying title documentation, and confirming division orders with precision and attention to detail.

  • This is an on-site position working closely with our client in Houston, TX (City Center/Memorial area).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize land records and project files
  • Track project deliverables and deadlines
  • Support land, title, leasing, and ROW teams
  • Assist with document preparation and quality control
  • Maintain databases and electronic filing systems
  • Enter and update project information
  • Generate reports and project status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of project records
  • Support administrative functions across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

  • Administrative experience supporting land, energy, or real estate projects
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Database and document management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Land administration experience
  • Oil and gas industry experience
  • Right-of-way or title experience
  • Experience with land systems and databases
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
