Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and helping customers start their adventures with confidence? Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented PDI Service Technician in Texarkana, TX to join our service team.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on RVs prior to customer delivery
Test and inspect all systems, including electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, and accessories
Complete repairs and adjustments as needed to ensure units are customer-ready
Document inspection findings and completed work accurately
Work closely with the service and sales departments to meet delivery schedules
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
RV, marine, or related service experience preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred
