1.POSITION SUMMARY

Generalist Marketing Analyst to work with institutional, product, digital marketing, events and communication in a dynamic environment.

2.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the creation, development, and review of marketing materials and content;
• Participate in the organization of events and training (in-person and online);
• Complete forms for approval of activities/events (in English and Portuguese);
• Monitor the department's invoice payment flow: register suppliers, track the invoice issuance process until payment is made;
• Update company information on the website and social media;
• Develop templates/controls;
• Research and negotiate budgets;
• Assist in budget control;
• Control inventory of materials and promotional items;
• Operate the PromoMats tool;
• Support the Sales team;
• Contact suppliers, associations, and advertising agencies;

• 3.WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• 4.SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel

Advanced English

• 5.EDUCATION
• Bachelor's in Marketing and Publicity preferred.
