As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our finance function, managing accounts receivable while providing outstanding support to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Your work will help ensure everything is accurate, efficient, and delivered with care.

Day to day you will

  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and some accounts payable (both supplier and staff accounts) resolve discrepancies, and address outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and process payment files and cash receipts.
  • Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and completeness, such as invoices and staff expense claims.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from creditors, debtors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing, payments, and account information.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial information by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Management of other procurement activities as required.
  • Recommend and implement actions to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Provide backup for other members of the accounts team.

About you

  • -
  • At least 3 years experience and solid understanding of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
  • -
  • Experience with ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Intermediate level skills on Excel.
  • Client relationship management experience (internal and external).
  • Strong numeric and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work with staff at all levels within KPMG.
  • Professional, team player, patient and friendly manner, in person and on the telephone.
