Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for someone who

• Has experience in visitor experience, tour guiding, facilitation or performance
• Is confident engaging with groups of all sizes and ages in a personable, authentic way
• Has a background in acting, live interpretation, or creative education (a big plus)
• Is a team player with a warm, approachable presence and a sense of fun
• Can think on their feet, is flexible, can adapt quickly and deliver consistently great experiences

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, memorable tours and visitor experiences that reflect the heart of EPIC
• Use your storytelling skills to bring the stories of Irish emigration to life
• Work across various touchpoints of the visitor journey, always putting people first
• Be part of exciting events, activations, and programmes that keep EPIC fresh and vibrant
• You could be working across a variety of exciting environments, including the Museum, Events or Gift Shop

Working Hours - Part Time

Part Time with availability and flexibility for rostered hours from Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends
