Engineering Tech Lead - Data & AI
The ECA International Group · London, England, United Kingdom
About The Role
Help Shape the Future of AI at ECA International
What if you could help build the AI-native future of a global business?
At ECA International, we're already using AI across software development, data ingestion and delivery, with the governance and guardrails in place to support it safely within an enterprise environment.
Now we're looking for an Engineering Tech Lead – Data & AI to help us scale that capability further.
You'll help evolve our existing data platform, built on AWS, Snowflake, S3, Postgres and event-driven services, into an AI-ready foundation that supports new Data Production and Data Discovery experiences across the business.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data, engineering and AI, helping to build practical solutions that create real value for both our teams and our clients.
You'll remain hands-on technically whilst managing and mentoring a small team, helping to drive AI-native ways of working across engineering, product and data.
If you're passionate about data, excited by AI and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
