1)Handling the full breakdown process in the required languages for all products supported within the department and according to the procedures

2)Assuring an active follow-up of open cases via the monitor info

3)Secure the financial arrangements related to a breakdown according to warranty, soft products and financial routines

4)Escalating cases according to the escalation process

5)Using their acquired technical understanding to communicate with all parties in a correct and clear way

Requirements

• Necessary language profile: Romanian + Bulgarian + German with English
• Basic skills in MS office applications, technical awareness of commercial vehicles, previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
• Clear communication skills
• Problem solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
