Agricultural/Commercial Banker

GENERAL FUNCTION

We are seeking a motivated Commercial & Agricultural Banker to develop and manage relationships with business and agricultural customers while growing the Bank’s loan and deposit portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, originating and underwriting commercial and agricultural loans, analyzing financial information, preparing credit recommendations, and managing an assigned loan portfolio. The successful candidate will actively represent the Bank in the community, develop referral networks, and promote a full range of banking products and services.

Success in this role is measured by loan and deposit growth, portfolio quality, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, community involvement, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), at least 2 years of commercial and/or agricultural lending experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid understanding of banking regulations and credit principles.
