About The Role
What will you be doing?
As a Commissioning Engineer , you ensure that all on-board installations function flawlessly. You test systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues before they arise. You'll work with a wide range of systems in a high-end environment where quality and precision are paramount.
You’ll be part of a team but enjoy a great deal of autonomy in your daily work.
Your responsibilities include
- Verifying the functionality and technical integrity of installations
- Commissioning systems, occasionally in collaboration with clients or partners
- Performing functional and I/O testing according to protocols
- Locating and analysing faults using test data
- Implementing technical modifications to installations or control systems
- Documenting test results and managing revision drawings
- Carrying out final inspections prior to handover

Who are you?

You bring
- An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Affinity with or interest in the maritime sector
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
