Lead Electrical Technician - Industry

About The Role
What will you do?
Alongside a team of electricians and apprentices, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical installations at a fixed site for a client in the meat processing industry. No two days are the same: you’ll combine hands-on technical work with leadership, guiding your team and acting as the primary contact on site. Some tasks may take place on shifted schedules or during weekends (occasionally).
Your responsibilities include
- Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting, including motors, PLCs and frequency inverters
- Leading and supervising your team on the shop floor
- Preparing, distributing, and monitoring tasks and progress
- Acting as the first point of contact for both the client and colleagues
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all work

- A salary between €3460 and €4000 per month (full-time)

You bring
- A level 3 vocational diploma (MBO-3) in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems
- Familiarity with standards such as NEN1010 and NEN3140
- A flexible attitude to work and availability
- Strong communication skills
- A valid driving licence (category B)
