About The Role

Production lines and operations
Workforce planning on the shop floor
Equipment and machinery operation
Coordination with Quality and Maintenance teams
Reporting production performance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role within the food industry.
Strong understanding of production planning and process management.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) is preferred.
