Candidate Manager

London Waterloo | Hybrid (Mon, Wed & Thurs in office)

We’re looking for a Candidate Manager to join our flagship London team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to accelerate quickly in a high-performance environment .

Responsibilities

Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines
Own advert response and identify top talent quickly
Speak to candidates daily to understand motivations, processes, and readiness to move
Support live roles across multiple levels, maintaining pace and quality
Partner with consultants to convert activity into placements
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools

Requirements

Essential

6–24 months’ min recruitment experience (agency)
Experience in a structured or training-led environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume role
