Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being out on the road? We're looking for a mechanically minded, reliable individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician for reverse vending machines (RVMs) in retail stores.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to local retail sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair RVMs
  • Diagnose issues using provided tools and training
  • Replace malfunctioning parts - mechanical and electrical - with working components (no detailed electronics repair required)
  • Keep machines running smoothly for store partners and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • A hands-on person who enjoys mechanical work and basic problem solving
  • Some experience or interest in maintenance, automotive repair, or working with tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record - this is a field-based role with regular travel between store locations
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and frequently push/pull up to 150 pounds
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule that includes some weekends. Typical scheduling includes 6 workdays with 1 day off in the first week, followed by 4 workdays and 3 days off in the second week
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
