Excavator Operator / Crushing Crew Member

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Excavator Operator to join our growing team. This position requires travel and out-of-state work, along with the ability to assist in daily crushing operations and equipment maintenance. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work independently day to day.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently in quarry, crushing, and job site environments
• Assist with crushing operations and material handling
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Keep equipment clean, fueled, greased, and operating properly
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist with repairs when needed
• Load and unload equipment as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations
• Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Travel and work out of state as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating excavators and heavy equipment
• Must be willing to travel and work out of state
• Clean driving record required
• Mechanical ability and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
• Experience around crushing equipment is preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work long hours and in outdoor conditions
• Must take pride in maintaining and caring for company equipment
• CDL is a plus but not required
