Store Manager

• Houlihan's MACE Lismore is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy convenience store and forecourt.
• A fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a thriving store.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and train staff to the highest standards
• Ensure excellent merchandising and store presentation
• Oversee stock control and stock-taking procedures
• Lead regular team meetings and strong staff communication
• Drive performance to achieve sales and operational targets

We’re Looking For

• Grocery retail management experience (essential)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
