Overview Radiology Technologist – Multimodality, Templeton, California. Start date 08/17/2026 for a 13-week assignment with an evenings shift (four 10-hour days, 40 hours per week) in a healthcare imaging department. Weekly pay range: $2,861–$3,011 per week. This travel position emphasizes cross-modality proficiency across x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography, supporting departmental goals and patient care in a multidiscipline imaging setting. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,861–$3,011 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Evenings, four 10-hour days - Start date: 08/17/2026 - Setting: Imaging department within a healthcare facility - Modality scope: Operates multiple imaging modalities and performs a mix of studies across at least three modalities regularly Responsibilities - Operate and monitor imaging equipment across x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. - Perform imaging studies in at least three modalities on a regular basis, adapting protocols to patient needs. - Prioritize patient safety, comfort, positioning, and infection control; follow radiation safety practices and ALARA principles. - Collaborate with radiologists, technologists and support staff to deliver timely, accurate results and maintain efficient workflow. - Maintain equipment performance through routine quality control, routine maintenance requests and prompt reporting of any malfunctions. - Document procedures, patient data and imaging findings accurately in the information system and adhere to privacy and documentation standards. Requirements - Active radiologic technology license to practice in California (or as required by state regulations). - Certification in Radiography (ARRT) with additional modality certifications preferred or required per job notes. - Demonstrated experience performing at least three imaging modalities on a regular basis. - Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or higher. - Ability to work in an multi-modality imaging environment, support a travel assignment, and work the evenings four-day schedule. - Strong teamwork, communication and patient-care skills; ability to adapt to a fast-paced, temporary assignment.
