About The Role

Marabu Airlines is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SMS & ERP Coordinator to join our Safety team in Tallinn. In this role, you will support the daily administration of Marabu’s Safety Management System, and Emergency Response Plan. This is a great opportunity for someone with aviation administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in safety, compliance, and operational readiness.

Main responsibilities

Emergency Response Plan, ERP

  • Coordinate the development, maintenance, and regular update of Marabu’s emergency response procedures and Emergency Response Manual.
  • Support the readiness of Marabu’s Emergency Response Centre, including required equipment, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Work with internal teams and relevant external organisations to ensure emergency response plans are aligned and effective.
  • Coordinate ERP training activities, including exercises and drills, and help ensure training records are complete and up to date.

Safety Management System, SMS

  • Coordinate the daily administration of Marabu’s safety reporting processes.
  • Review, classify, and assign reports to the relevant risk owners, while following up on corrective actions and deadlines.
  • Support the administration of safety-related systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of safety publications, reports, and other communication materials.
  • Support safety investigations by reviewing information, collecting relevant data, and assisting with follow-up actions.
  • Help ensure SMS activities remain aligned with applicable regulatory and company procedures.
  • Support the Head of Safety with other SMS-related coordination and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in aviation administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to follow up on deadlines.
