Job Description Role Overview As the primary person responsible for building and operating our in-house EC (Shopify-based), you will handle the following tasks: ・Overseas EC Store Operations: - Manage and maintain our Shopify-based EC site.​ - Handle operations such as product management, customer management, and page management (with support from administrative staff).​ - Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.​ - Analyze data using Google Analytics.​ ・Support for Domestic Brand EC Operations: - Assist in building and operating EC sites for domestic brands.​ Experience with Shopify operations or EC site creation will be beneficial. You will work under the leadership of the overseas business leader. Required Skills and Experience ・EC Site Management: Experience in operating in-house EC sites (especially those with Shopify experience are welcome).​ ・Language Proficiency: Business-level English (native-level proficiency preferred). Japanese proficiency is not required but considered a plus. Preferred Skills and Experience Practical experience in operating overseas Shopify sites.​ Experience with Shopify-related apps and systems.​ Proficiency in creative software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).​ Experience in web marketing and advertising operations.​ Knowledge or experience in inventory management and international shipping.​ Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously grow. Employment Details ・Position: In-House EC (Shopify) Manager | Bringing Japanese Brands and Traditional Crafts to the World ・Employment Type: Full-time ・Contract Period: - 3-month probationary period - Fixed overtime system (45 hours/month); overtime exceeding 45 hours will be compensated ・Salary: - Annual Salary(Monthly Payment) - Basic Salary: 5.0 - 10 million yen - Plus: Full transportation expenses provided - Salary Increase & Bonus System: - Salary Increase: May be revised twice a year. - Bonus: For top 20% individual performance, bonus ranges from 1 to 6 times the monthly salary; additional company-wide performance bonus is possible. - Stock Options: May be granted twice a year.
