THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Principal Consultant at RAVL Advisory, you will lead complex technology advisory engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You’ll focus on solving challenging technology problems across strategy, transformation, and architecture, while ensuring that our work delivers measurable, lasting impact.
This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys leading teams and client relationships, and finds purpose in helping organizations materially improve their technology capabilities.
What success looks like in this role
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships grounded in trust, impact, and value delivered
- Evaluate client needs, identify opportunities, and shape compelling proposals that leverage RAVL’s expertise
- Lead teams of consultants and technical experts to deliver committed outcomes across engagements
- Act as the primary day-to-day advisor for clients throughout the full engagement lifecycle
- Ensure delivery teams continuously adapt to evolving client needs and priorities
- Own and manage the financial performance of client engagements
- Coach and develop consultants, strengthening their consulting toolkit and career progression
Sounds great, but do my skills fit?
- 5–10 years of experience in technology strategy, delivery, and/or management consulting
- Strong understanding of established and emerging technologies and their business applications
- Demonstrated ability to advise clients closely on a day-to-day basis
- Excellent problem-framing skills and the ability to synthesize complex, disparate information
- Experience leading consulting teams and multi-disciplinary delivery groups
