Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join a leading company with regional operations and high-impact challenges.

At INHAUS, we are supporting a fast-evolving organization within the Finance & Administration area, seeking to add a key position to lead the accounting and financial operation, bringing analytical thinking, structure, and strong management capabilities to a dynamic and demanding environment.

This role will play a strategic part in overseeing accounting processes, financial analysis, tax compliance, and process improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally with different business areas and supporting decision-making through reliable and high-quality information.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the accurate recording of accounting operations
• Manage monthly closing processes and validation of financial information
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Lead tax and fiscal processes, ensuring proper compliance and follow-up
• Analyze financial indicators and reports to support business decisions
• Optimize and update accounting procedures and internal processes
• Monitor bank reconciliations, operational expenses, and financial movements
• Collaborate in the preparation of management reports, financial analysis, and P&L reporting
