• Job Summary: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time
• We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
• The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as an aide for home health and hospice patients, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to home health and hospice patients as assigned
• Serve as a backup aide to ensure continuity of patient care
• Support care coordination and office-based tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and respect in all interactions

Requirements

• Active and current CNA license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
