Pro AV Solutions Queensland is seeking a detail-driven, proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to support the day-to-day finance operations that underpin our success. This is more than a transactional role—it’s an opportunity to take ownership, build strong relationships, and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic business.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting core accounts receivable functions , while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial control.

You’ll

  • Keep cashflow moving – manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Process with precision – handle supplier invoices, credit notes, reimbursements, and customer invoicing in line with business workflows
  • Maintain financial accuracy – apply payments and receipts, ensuring records are complete and up to date in the ERP system
  • Strengthen relationships – liaise with suppliers and customers, resolving queries and maintaining trusted partnerships
  • Stay on top of accounts – monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner
  • Reconcile and resolve – perform supplier and customer reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Support reporting cycles – assist with month-end and year-end processes, including accruals and reporting

This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring

You’re someone who

  • Has 2+ years’ experience across accounts receivable.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Is confident working with ERP/accounting systems and financial processes.
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships across the business.
  • Works calmly under pressure and manages competing priorities effectively.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative, and resolves issues proactively.
  • Experience in an SME or project-based environment will be highly regarded.
