Financial Planning Analyst

This role combines financial analysis, reporting, and hands‑on operational support to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial information across our global operations. This is a highly visible role, working closely with finance leadership and business partners across regions to support decision‑making as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles, gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and preparing consolidated deliverables.
• Build, maintain, and optimize financial models to support business cases, operational planning, and strategic decision‑making.
• Manage and maintain FP&A reporting system (Workday Adaptive), including data inputs, model updates, and recurring reporting packages.
• Partner with product, operations, and budget owners to review performance against targets and improve financial visibility across the organization.
• Prepare data, analysis, and commentary for senior leadership and Board of Directors materials.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning tools, processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
