Now, we're embarking on an exciting expansion into the casual puzzle genre with a narrative twist. To support this growth, we're looking for a talented Product Manager to take ownership of a hidden object game and help shape its success from concept to live operations.
The Role
As a Product Manager, you will own the product development and performance of a hidden object game from concept through live operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging gameplay, strong narrative progression, and a compelling live experience for players. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on product work, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with game development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and feature backlog for one hidden object game
- Drive game feature development from ideation through implementation, soft launch, and live updates
- Collaborate daily with Game Design, Art, Engineering, UI/UX, Story, QA, and Marketing teams
- Define, track, and optimize core KPIs such as retention, engagement, monetization, and LTV
- Analyze player behavior using data, dashboards, and experiments to inform product decisions
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve gameplay, progression, and monetization features
- Contribute to game economy balancing, event design, and content cadence
- Monitor market trends and competitor games in the hidden object and casual puzzle space
- Partner with LiveOps to plan updates, events, and improvements post-launch
- Advocate for a player-first mindset and ensure features enhance player satisfaction
Who you are
Mandatory Experience
- 2–4+ years of product management experience in mobile free-to-play games
- Experience working on casual or puzzle games (hidden object, narrative, match-3, merge, or similar)
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional game development teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
- Understanding of F2P monetization mechanics, retention loops, and player motivation
- Strong communication skills and ability to align teams around priorities
- Passion for mobile games and the casual gaming market
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with hidden object or narrative-driven games
- Background in game design or live game operations
- Experience supporting games through soft launch and global release
- Familiarity with Unity or common mobile game development pipelines
