About The Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Agilist to drive Agile transformation and support enterprise engineering teams. This role goes beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies and requires strong Agile coaching, organizational leadership, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading Agile practices in enterprise environments, removing organizational impediments, collaborating with Information Security teams, and supporting AI-focused initiatives.
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (On-site)
Employment Type: W2 – Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple Scrum teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coach Product Owners, development teams, leadership, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Identify and remove organizational and cross-functional blockers impacting delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics and performance analysis.
- Partner with Information Security teams to ensure governance, compliance, and risk management throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support engineering teams delivering AI-based products and platforms.
- Foster collaboration, servant leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement.

- Banking or Financial Services experience
- Healthcare or Insurance industry experience
- Experience in large enterprise or Fortune 500 environments
- SAFe experience
- Scrum Alliance certifications

- Jira Administration

- DevSecOps
