About The Role

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Reporting to: Group Human Resources Director

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Assist and maintain all activities related to HR at group level.
  2. Implement and manage the HR system including but not limited to recruitment, training &
  • development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel
  • administration, counselling & guidance and reward & recognition.
  1. Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations.
  2. Ensure compliance to applicable Labour Laws.
  3. Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
  4. Any other HR Related duties.

Candidate profile

  • Degree: BSC (Hons) Human Resources Management, Masters Level: MBA Specialisation HRM would be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in general Human resources
  • Good mastery and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
