About the Role

• Deliver engaging and varied English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering literature, language, and creative writing.
• Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and creative pieces, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and participate in extracurricular literacy initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English.
• A strong knowledge of the secondary English curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
