CHI Outside Sales Intern Spring 2026

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026 . Our spring season takes place during the months of May and June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).

Qualifications

• Open availability during our season (specifically the first two weekends of May)
• Valid driver's license and comfortable driving on highways
• Provide own means of transportation to our office
• Freshman, sophomore or junior in college preferably
• Open to traveling for extended periods of time
• Reliable and responsible
• Discipline to wake up early
• Stamina to work consecutively long days
• Organizational skills
• Effective member of a team
• Contribute towards sales goals
• Positive attitude throughout the day
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Outgoing and personable

Responsibilities

• Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
• Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
• Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site

Financial

• Hourly pay of $16/hour
• Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
