About the Role

Our client is seeking a high-caliber, product-minded software engineer to join a small, elite founding team. This role is for an engineer who thrives in early-stage environments , takes extreme ownership , and enjoys building real systems that customers depend on.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role . You will work closely with founders, product, and customers to design, build, and scale core platform functionality. If you are looking for a management role, heavy process, or large-team structure, this role will not be a fit.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship core product features end-to-end
• Own critical systems across the stack with accountability for quality and performance
• Build and maintain API integrations , including integrations with ERP and operations systems
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and customers to translate real-world problems into scalable solutions
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience as the system scales
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and proactively drive solutions without being asked
• Contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering standards
