Prime Home Developmental Disability Services

• Looking to make a difference? Join our Day Services team supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Day Shift (Mon–Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• CNA preferred but not required — paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Work day shift, Monday–Friday
• Provide

1:1 or small group support

• Assist individuals with independence and daily goals
• Participate in community outings (parks, movies, libraries, shopping, restaurants)
• Lead fun activities like art, music, crafts, baking, and dancing
• Provide personal care as trained and scheduled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 19+
• Pass background check (criminal & APS/CPS)
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Able to assist with lifting/transfers as needed
