About The Role

Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of School Nurse for the Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS - TBS (The British School Al Rehab). We seek a dedicated and skilled educator to join our dynamic team .

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
Assess and manage illnesses and injuries during the school day.
Maintain accurate medical records and student health files.
Administer medications in accordance with school policies.
Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
Promote health awareness and support a safe and healthy school environment.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding students' health needs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Ministry of Health regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Valid nursing license.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
Excellent English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
