This is a hybrid role , with time spent in our Egham office and the flexibility to work from home once fully trained. We’re looking for someone who already has experience working in an office-based environment , and is confident communicating with customers via telephone and email . Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable , but not essential — full training will be provided.

Your Role

As a Motor Claims Handler within our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers following a motorcycle incident. You’ll guide them through the claims process from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a smooth and professional experience.

What You’ll Do

• 🔹 Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and supportive guidance
• 🔹 Email Management: Respond to customer and third-party emails promptly and professionally
• 🔹 Claims Handling: Manage claims in line with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
• 🔹 Fraud Awareness: Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators
• 🔹 Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, engineers, and third parties

✅ Email Communication Skills – Clear, accurate, and timely written responses

✅ Office-Based Experience – Previous experience working in an office setting is essential

✅ IT Literate – Comfortable using multiple systems

• 💰 Salary: £24,500 to £26,500
