Conversion Agent (Forex Industry)

Hi Tech HR is currently hiring an experienced and results-driven Conversion Agent to join the UK desk of a dynamic and international Forex brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your negotiation skills and sales expertise will directly impact revenue growth.

Your Role

• -Communicate with existing and potential clients over the phone and other channels
• -Negotiate and close high-value deals efficiently
• -Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
• -Proactively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
• -Stay updated on global economic developments and financial market trends
• -Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• -Previous experience as a Conversion Agent in Forex or financial services is a plus
• -Ability to work towards sales targets and drive client conversions
• -Fluent or native-level English communication skills
• -Goal-oriented, ambitious, confident, and self-motivated
• -Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving and volatile market
• -Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
