This is a key leadership role where you will guide a team of CRM Specialists, own system performance, and drive the data strategy that influences customer retention and operational efficiency at a global scale. Key Leadership Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM Specialists.
• CRM Strategy: Execute department-wide strategies that drive engagement and long-term customer value.
• System Ownership: Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization.
• Data Analytics: Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Innovation: Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written.
