The role
As a Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager , you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.
This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility , including evenings and weekends , with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
What you’ll be doing
- Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
- Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution , ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
- Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines , adapting quickly while staying true to Stradivarius standards.
- Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Stradivarius brand.
- Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
- Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.
What you’ll bring
- Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs .
- Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
- Strong understanding of Stradivarius’s DNA and product , plus awareness of current market trends.
