Role Overview

The Senior Healthcare Marketing Associate will own end-to-end marketing execution for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and ship the weekly newsletter end-to-end
• Build and run drip campaigns
• Handle design for marketing materials
• Apply SEO best practices and structure content within an SEO framework
• Own the marketing content calendar and channel mix
• Bring healthcare-specific marketing expertise to messaging (HIPAA-aware, parent/caregiver-focused)
• Recommend campaign improvements based on performance data
• Translate the practice’s clinical voice into clear, trustworthy patient-facing content
• Operate as a strategic partner to the client, not just an executor

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated healthcare marketing experience
• Proven track record building and shipping email newsletters and drip campaigns end-to-end
• Strong hands-on design capability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid working knowledge of SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, structuring content into SEO frameworks
• Comfort working independently across multiple disciplines without handoffs
• Excellent written English skills
• Available to work US hours full-time
• Portfolio that clearly shows healthcare marketing work

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working with US pediatric, family medicine, or primary care practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA-aware marketing practices
• Experience with major email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• SEO tool experience (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, etc.)

Technical Requirements

• Fiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) - recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps
• Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps
• Quiet, conducive home workspace
• OPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours
• OPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages
