Lucky Barbershop is growing and expanding! Our Lawrenceville location is looking for new barbers to join our team!!

You must have a current license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program. While we focus on men’s hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers.

Barber Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments.
• Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want.
• Cut and style clients’ hair to their specifications.
• Engage in friendly conversation with clients.
• Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.
• Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients.

Barber Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Barber/hairstylist license
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail.

What We Offer!

• Great compensation- potential base pay starting off is $37,500 in the first 6mos-one year
