Position Description

Casa Cook Samos is seeking a Bar Manager to lead its bar operations and deliver a refined, creative, and engaging beverage experience. The role includes managing bar staff, maintaining beverage quality, ensuring outstanding service, and supporting the development of innovative cocktail concepts aligned with the brand. This is a full-time, seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and maintain exceptional service standards
• Lead, mentor, and train bar staff, ensuring consistent performance
• Ensure the preparation and presentation of all beverages meets brand expectations
• Develop and implement creative beverage concepts and signature cocktails
• Supervise inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements
• Maintain strong presence at the bar during peak hours to support the team and engage guests
• Handle guest feedback and ensure personalized interaction
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager on promotions, events, and menu updates
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and cleanliness across the bar environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant field
• Minimum 3–4 years of bar management experience in upscale or lifestyle hotels
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent guest interaction abilities and service mindset
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations and motivate teams
• Seasonal contract in a dynamic and inspiring work environment
