You’re Role in the Blueprint
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to support and lead on-site operations in coordination with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can help drive the day-to-day field execution, manage crews, and keep work progressing safely, efficiently, and on schedule . This person should be a self-starter who takes ownership of their scope while working as part of a larger project team.
What You’ll Build
- Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute the project plan, providing daily on-site leadership to field crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate and oversee assigned phases of construction from start through closeout, managing workflow, sequencing, and manpower to support the project schedule
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution — identifying and resolving field issues quickly to avoid delays or rework
- Conduct daily huddles and communicate regularly with the Superintendent and Project Manager on progress, challenges, and solutions
- Monitor quality of work to meet company and client expectations
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
- Track materials, equipment, and deliveries to support uninterrupted workflow
- Maintain an organized, professional jobsite and perform hands-on carpentry, finish work, and punch list tasks as needed

Your Foundation
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with prior foreman or lead experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage crews and hold accountability
- Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices; ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and adapt to changing conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
