The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Senior Sales Manager with a strong international network of luxury travel partners, especially in the CIS, Balkans and Central Europe, which are the current focus markets. While your primary efforts will be directed toward these regions, market allocations may shift based on the evolving needs and structure of the team. This role emphasizes driving sales in the high-end leisure segment and identifying new business opportunities to grow revenue.
In this role, your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and exceed hotel targets for room revenue in the leisure/transient segment. You will represent our hotels, consistently promoting their quality image and uncovering additional leads both within designated markets and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Cultivate new client relationships, following the full sales process to convert them into productive accounts.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales action plan, in partnership with our Cluster Director of Sales, to achieve both personal and cluster revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales in the high-end leisure segment.
- Act as a global ambassador for Costa Navarino, upholding and promoting the company’s values and quality image at every opportunity.
This role within our Sales team requires a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Relationship Building and Sales Development
Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers/accounts to drive sales opportunities and secure future bookings. Expand the customer base by cultivating connections within the trade.
Budget Planning and Sales Strategy
Lead the budget planning and sales strategy process for allocated markets, including budget analysis, strategy development, and action planning. Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales strategies to support business growth and meet targets.
Sales and Business Development Activities
Oversee sales activities such as client meetings, FAM trips, trade shows, and client entertainment. Leverage insights into market trends, competitor positioning, and customer data to identify new revenue opportunities. Act as the main contact for trade partners, handling customer and contract-related issues.
Account Management and Strategic Planning
Maintain clear objectives and action plans for each key account and prospect, ensuring timely follow-up to maximize revenue. Align with the hotel’s marketing and budgetary plans to make informed decisions during rate negotiations.
Representation and Compliance
Represent the property at trade fairs, showcasing the hotel’s quality and promoting the resort at every opportunity. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards. Actively participate in company trainings to stay informed on trends and market developments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in a senior hotel sales role within a luxury international brand
- Experience in CIS/Balkan markets required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Tourism, Law, or Communication
Fluent in English and Russian
- Knowledge & Skills
- Industry expertise and awareness of trends
- Strong international network, especially in high-end leisure markets
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Deep understanding of the international leisure segment
