Position Overview

Lead breast surgical services in a collaborative multi-specialty practice. Provide expert oncologic and reconstructive surgical care while utilizing eClinicalWorks EMR to drive patient-centered outcomes in a diverse urban community.

Key Responsibilities

Perform breast-conserving and reconstructive surgeries
Develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients
Collaborate with oncology, radiology, and primary care teams
Document care via eClinicalWorks EMR
Mentor surgical residents and fellows (if applicable)

Requirements

Education: MD/DO from an accredited institution
Licensure/Certification:
State medical license (or eligible for licensure).
Board-eligible or board-certified in General Surgery (American Board of Surgery).
Experience: Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred, or equivalent expertise
Technical Skills:
eClinicalWorks EMR proficiency
Advanced breast surgery procedures
Soft Skills:
Multidisciplinary team leadership
Patient advocacy
