Capital Strategy Analyst - Business Development

Join a fast-paced team driving strategic initiatives. As a Capital Strategy Analyst on the Business Development team, you will support fundraising research, investor-related analytics, and internal reporting. The role demands sharp analytical thinking, adaptability, and a creative approach to data and execution:

• Research and present market trends and investor profiles to support fundraising efforts.
• Assist with investor communications.
• Ensure key databases like Foliometrics are kept accurate and current.
• Create and improve reports that demonstrate fundraising progress and team performance.
• Support daily workflow management like updating dashboards and tracking metrics.
• Partner with senior Business Development team members and internal teams to keep marketing data and content both current and aligned with brand guidelines.

Candidate should demonstrate success in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, with a strong focus on technical accuracy and a mindset for continuous process improvement.

Candidates must possess the following

• •MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, or equivalent degree
• •0–2 years of experience in finance, business research, or data analytics
• •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• •Exceptional attention to detail.
• •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• •Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a time-sensitive environment
