LA Technician

1. Strictly adhere to the company’s safety operating procedures; collect and record video information of automotive headlights and provide analytical suggestions.

严格执行公司安全作业规范；收集、拍摄汽车大灯视频信息，并提出分析参考意见

1. Disassemble vehicle headlights in accordance with operating procedures and standards, and perform tasks including photographing, measuring, weighing, information gathering, and data entry for all components.

按照操作规程、作业标准对汽车大灯进行拆卸，并对所有零部件进行拍照、测量、测重、信息采集、数据录入等工作

1. Maintain work records and complete required data statistics and report

做好工作记录、每周工作反馈，并汇报

1. Use tools appropriately and efficiently.

合理运用工具进行操作

1. Disassembly time ≤35; The disassembly accuracy rate is ≥90%. Efficiency will increase by 5% to 10% each year subsequently

拆解时间≤35天；拆解正确率≥90%；后续每年的效率有5%~10%的提升

1. Stay informed about the China market, collect weekly updates on new vehicle information in China, and report

了解中国市场情况，按要求完成每周采集中国市场的新车咨询

1. Responsible for uploading photos during auto shows.

负责车展期间照片上传的工作

1. Understand basic automotive structures and functions and collaborate with team members to collect vehicle video functionality data.

1. Possess basic video editing skills and complete related videos.

Requirements

Professional Background

• Associate degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics); bachelor’s degree or automotive engineering preferred.

• 具有理工科专科学历或以上;本科或汽车专业优先
• Skills & Abilities

• Experience with DSLR cameras is preferred.

会使用单反相机优先

• Good command of English is advantageous.

英语良好优先

• Familiarity with vehicle models and brands in the Chinese market, especially new energy brands and models.

对中国市场的车型和品牌有一定的了解，尤其是新能源品牌及车型

• Basic understanding of automotive structures and familiarity with vehicle functions.

• Knowledge of video editing software; prior editing experience is highly desirable.
